An architectural living concept shaped by furniture:
Nexus Regnum is a bespoke residential project where Nossa Mobilya’s design and manufacturing expertise meets architecture at its core. In this project, furniture is not treated as a decorative afterthought, but as an integral part of the architectural language—defining spatial character, functionality, and the overall living experience.
All interior spaces are designed around Nossa Mobilya’s custom-made kitchens, built-in furniture systems, wardrobes, bathroom units, and living area furnishings, developed as a cohesive design narrative. Scale, proportion, and material relationships are carefully calibrated to align seamlessly with the project’s architectural structure.

Kitchen and built-in furniture design:
The kitchens at Nexus Regnum are conceived specifically for high-ceiling volumes, featuring double-island layouts, generous storage solutions, and a refined balance of natural stone and natural wood finishes. Marble surfaces, wood veneers, and matte textures are selected to meet both aesthetic refinement and long-term durability.
All built-in furniture is custom-engineered to the geometry of each space, with door systems, carcass structures, and detailed junctions produced according to Nossa Mobilya’s in-house manufacturing standards.

Living spaces and bespoke furniture:
Furniture within the living and communal areas is designed to support spatial flow rather than interrupt it. TV units, consoles, shelving systems, and bespoke storage elements are integrated with architectural surfaces to create a calm yet powerful spatial expression.
In bedrooms and dressing areas, functional planning is combined with refined detailing. Customizable wardrobe systems are developed around user habits, offering flexibility without compromising on design integrity.
